pdf output is poor quality. A better quality pdf is extremely important to send to potential employers.
Everytime I need to edit my resumes, I have to go back into my LinkedIn profile. I use bullets in my job descriptions and they don't work or format with the resume builder. It's quite tedious.
Also, pages break so my resume can look cleaner in PDF form. Returns don't incorporate well either.
I love this tool, but please allow for manual editing! Thanks!!
I usually add a footer to each page of my resume so that if any one page is lost in HR they can find it easily: Name/Contact details etc, or alternatively page numbers page 1 of 4 or whatever
When I click the "PDF/Print" link at the top I get a "Loading..." popup with some progress animation, which is nice, but it doesn't stop or disappear even after the pdf finished downloading.
I'm using the latest Chrome version, it this helps debug
Can you make correct export to the PDF of the resume with cyrillic (russian) symbols?
Now in exported pdf files there are no cyrillic symbols - only spaces...
Using the template "Classic" the generated PDF is putting extra line breaks in the skills section for longer named skills, it only wraps the ending ")". In the preview page it shows fine. Romanian special characters are shown in Resume preview but are NOT shown in exported PDF.
Most of my work i do from my phone, on the go. I have not found a way to use the LIL resume at all. Not without exporting the info to another file and starting from scratch with formatting on a 4.5" screen. Ouch. There should be a way to export the file into Google Drive or QuickOffice, etc.
